Terms of Use & Non-Disclosure Agreement

These Terms of Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) are a binding contract between you and Pravaahan Tech (“Pravaahan”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Pravaahan Flow application, website, browser extension and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at registration, or using the Service in any way, you accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pravaahan Flow is a personal productivity and accountability system: it lets you plan areas, projects, tasks, routines and skills; execute with focus timers; track earnings, streaks and standing; and review your progress through journeys, timelines and weekly reviews. The Service is local-first — your working data is stored primarily on your device, and synchronizes to our servers when you are signed in.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Information you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. License to you

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal productivity. This license does not include any right to copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any part of it.

4. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, source code, visual design, user interface, logos, text, graphics, and the design, structure, selection, arrangement and expression of its features — is owned by Pravaahan Tech and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws of India and other jurisdictions. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership to you. This includes, without limitation, the Service’s distinctive systems and methods as expressed in the product: the area–project–task hierarchy with time roll-ups, the breadcrumb and wall/bailout execution loop, clean-slate and pause mechanics, the earnings engine, journey and ascent visualizations, the weekly review flow, and the skill mastery ladder (together, the “Proprietary Features”).

5. Confidentiality and non-disclosure

Parts of the Service constitute confidential and proprietary information of Pravaahan Tech (“Confidential Information”), including: non-public features; beta, preview or invite-only functionality; unpublished designs, workflows, algorithms, scoring and pacing formulas; product roadmaps; and any material we designate as confidential. You agree that you will:

  • keep Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party;
  • use Confidential Information only to use the Service as intended, and for no other purpose;
  • not publish, share, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise make available non-public features without our prior written consent.

These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your account for a period of five (5) years, and indefinitely for trade secrets for as long as they remain trade secrets under applicable law.

6. Non-replication of the Service

You agree that you will not, and will not assist or permit any third party to:

  • copy, clone, replicate or substantially imitate the Service, its Proprietary Features, or its look and feel, in any product, service, prototype or design;
  • use the Service, or knowledge gained from access to it, to design, build, train, fund or advise a product or service that competes with the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, data models, sync protocol, or scoring formulas of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • scrape, crawl, bulk-export or programmatically extract content, structures or interfaces of the Service other than your own user data through features we provide;
  • perform benchmarking or competitive analysis of the Service for a competitor;
  • remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices in the Service.

You acknowledge that a breach of Sections 5 or 6 would cause Pravaahan Tech irreparable harm for which money damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that we are entitled to seek injunctive and equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.

7. Your content and data

Everything you create in the Service — your areas, projects, tasks, notes, reviews and records — is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, sync, back up and display that content to you (and, where you opt in, to your groups or leaderboards) in order to operate the Service. We claim no ownership of your content.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation. This is the one direction in which ideas flow freely.

9. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing or fraudulent use of the Service.
  • No attempts to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • No abusive, harassing or misleading content in shared spaces such as groups and leaderboards.
  • No automated account creation or use of the Service by bots except through interfaces we explicitly provide.

10. Subscriptions and payments

The Service offers a free plan and may offer paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (currently Razorpay); we do not store your card details. Prices, features and limits of each plan are described in the app and may change with notice. Unless required otherwise by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. During periods labelled “free while in development”, features may change or become paid with notice.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement — including, without limitation, Sections 5, 6 or 9 — or where required by law. Sections 4–8 and 12–15 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Earnings figures shown in the app are a motivational representation of your own configured rates, not income, financial advice or a promise of payment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data loss will never occur — keep your own backups of anything critical.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pravaahan Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose or ₹2,000.

14. Changes to the Service and this Agreement

We may modify the Service and this Agreement. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email, and the updated Agreement will state a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and delete your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service.
